Operating Model

Operating model is an abstract representation of how an organisation operates across process, organisation and technology domains in order to accomplish its function.
Paramount Pictures CEO Brad Grey who holds his position since the year 2005. Under Grey’s control Paramount finished at the first place in global market share in 2011. And number 2 in domestic market in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Grey is responsible for overseeing all feature film development and production for films distributed by Paramount Pictures Corporation including all departments of the company including Paramount Pictures, Paramount Vantage, Paramount Classics, Paramount Insurge, MTV Films and Nickelodeon Movies. He is also responsible for the international business deals for the international departments: Paramount Pictures International, Paramount Famous Productions, Paramount Home Media Distribution, Paramount Animation, Studio Group and Worldwide Television Distribution.



Other director is Rob Moore who is a Vice Chairman. He is responsible for marketing, distribution, digital, interactive, television, licensing, business affairs and home entertainment. He has come from one of the main competitors of Paramount Pictures The Walt Disney Company. Moore joined Paramount in 2005 as President of Worldwide Marketing and then became a Vice Chairman in 2006.
